Hello Kent

We have both over the last couple weeks Center side when we are there on at the same moment - made comments on the Dome.

It's this message from Ms Debra that is perplexing. I am naught the sharpest tool in the shed but I am a tool, and I am in the shed - so that helps. Is there an issue I am missing? I fail to understand what is stated and why the event is personalized by bringing Mr. Hanson up as a shield.

We do know by inspection that the Dome, in general over the years, was never fully and completely transformed into a pristine environment deserving of our Beloved. There is no doubt that the Dome can be transformed into an environment rich in Advent Treasure fragrant with His Love a station of worship.

That over the years when money became available there were cosmetic repairs ​and general maintenance done to the Dome which were patch work in nature and kept the structure from further decay.

All of this work and service is appreciated as it was a labor of love. Hopefully now, with this Dome​ work proposal​ package​, we can do more than keep up with the deferred maintenance needs, and with our collective energy and service to Baba, move forward and accomplish the goals of this dynamic proposal. We believe the time has come and the desire is there to make it a reality.

It's feels as though this Dome project is an aspect of inner work. With inner work​, seeking improvement of the object of the desire,​ one looks for defects, deficiencies, flaws, breaks, tears, rust, decay, filth, clutter, mess - and as Baba would say, that is when the Augean stable is cleaned. One simply acknowledges the inner defects - and by God's Grace - one makes significant improvements.

That is the crux of the Dome initiative –we are looking at the structure of the Dome that pile of stone, the wiring, cement, the condition of the wood, nails, and so forth –the desire and goal is to transform the Dome into a station of worship.

I feel so awkward and helpless about Debra’s declarations. Even after reading the message over a few times - I did not understand it.

God forbid -I don't want Kent Hanson to be upset! and that is what that message implies that you are upset and feel slighted.

Hi

Kent has been very generous with sharing his knowledge of Dome maintenance with Charlie and me. He explained about the leaves in gutter issue. That center has patched roof recently. And the moisture in walls possible could have occurred a couple different times over past couple years.

Sounds like Kent are aware of issues and doing his best to resolve maintenance issues. He is being asked to manage and also do most of the work. I admire him for doing all that he does. Taking care of a big property with older buildings is a lot of time and work.

In your note Charlie as you stated crux of dome initiative is to transform the dome bring it up to current building standards transforming it into a station of worship.

Reading Debra’s email offers insight for me to communicate better. There was never a negative judgment of Kent or current board in my mind at any time during working with other archive members on the dome initiative.

This is an overview not meant to be turned into a hot button issue of division or judgment. This a project of inclusion of all who wish to donate how they see fit to do so. It is written as a blueprint not the finished house.

When we as individuals seek His Pleasure, the collective energy becomes perfumed, and in the spirit of harmony, devotion to duty manifests.

By thought, word, and deed collectively, individual, if we seek His pleasure with full and absolute devotion to the duty-than the reaction of others to those duties will be meritless. Judgment of the service and the need for unkind comment ceases. The focus on the reactions of others will transition from that habitual negative to complete attention on the Master. The goal of seeking His Pleasure in all we do- barriers to harmony in Him, and with each other, fall.

 In this illustration we have an organic pond –and emerging from its source the tadpole. This concept illustrates the inspiration for the Dome –tadpole manifestation emerging through Divine Will.

Even in its tender infancy as tiny tadpole difficulties arise there is a unfortunate placement of a toxic discharge. Interestingly, and quite sadly to be bold, it’s only few days out into the water and already a cyanide pellet is tossed into the Pond. And that will be less than salubrious for our tadpole.
